No-Build
The No-Build Alternative consists of maintaining the existing system plus programmed projects that include:
- Projects listed in the 2004 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP)
- The 2025 RTP Financially Constrained System Projects from local Transporation System Plans (TSPs) that have been approved for funding
