Enhanced Existing System Alternative (EESA)
The EESA alternative combines a series of multimodal projects that focus on significantly enhancing the existing regional transportation system. This alternatives suggests a series of enhancement projects based upon stakeholder input, recommended RTP and local TSP improvements, as well as the identification of capacity improvements along Tualatin-Sherwood Road.
EESA improvements would include TDM and TSM enhancement projects as well as:
- Roadway improvements
- Commuter Rail extention to Sherwood
- Regional Trail Development
